Coupon Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Thanks for being part of The Pizza Box family! We’ve been serving Milpitas for over 40 years, and we love offering deals to our community. These terms keep things fair for everyone. By using any coupon from The Pizza Box, you agree to the following:

1. General Terms

All coupons, promotional codes, and special offers issued by The Pizza Box (“coupons”) are subject to these terms and conditions. By redeeming any coupon, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Coupon Validity

Coupons are valid only during the dates printed or specified on the coupon. Expired coupons will not be accepted under any circumstances. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or store credit.

3. Redemption Requirements

Only one coupon may be used per order unless the coupon explicitly states otherwise. Coupons must be presented at the time of ordering and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. For in-store purchases, the original coupon must be surrendered at the time of redemption. For online or phone orders, the coupon code must be provided before the order is completed.

4. Usage Limits

Unless otherwise specified on the coupon itself, each coupon is limited to one use per person, per day. The Pizza Box reserves the right to track coupon usage and limit or deny redemption if a pattern of excessive or abusive use is identified. Coupon abuse—including but not limited to systematic overuse, fraudulent reproduction, or attempts to circumvent these limits—may result in the coupon being voided and the individual being flagged and excluded from future coupon promotions at management’s discretion.

5. Restrictions and Limitations

Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless specifically authorized. Coupons are not valid on orders placed through third-party delivery services (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.) unless explicitly stated on the coupon. Minimum purchase requirements, if any, must be met before the coupon discount is applied. Tax, delivery fees, and gratuity do not count toward any minimum purchase requirement.

6. Subject to Availability

All coupon offers are subject to product availability. If an item featured in a coupon promotion is temporarily unavailable, The Pizza Box is not obligated to substitute an alternative item or extend the coupon. We will make reasonable efforts to honor the spirit of the promotion when possible, but availability is not guaranteed.

7. Excluded Items

Unless otherwise specified on the coupon, coupons may not be applied to alcoholic beverages, gift cards, catering orders, or specially priced promotional items.

8. Transferability

Coupons are transferable unless specifically marked as non-transferable. However, the reproduction, sale, or commercial trade of coupons is strictly prohibited and will result in the coupon being voided.

9. Employee Coupon Use

The Pizza Box employees receive separate employee benefits including daily meal allowances and employee discounts. Customer-facing coupons may only be used by employees with prior manager approval on a case-by-case basis. Employee discounts and benefits cannot be combined with customer coupons.

10. Modifications and Cancellations

The Pizza Box reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any coupon or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any coupon that appears to have been tampered with, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained.

11. Delivery Orders

For delivery orders placed directly with The Pizza Box, delivery fees and driver gratuity are not included in coupon discounts unless specifically stated on the coupon. Standard delivery area restrictions apply.

12. Lost or Damaged Coupons

The Pizza Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible coupons. Online coupon codes that fail due to technical errors may be honored at management’s discretion—just give us a call and we’ll do our best to make it right.

13. Disputes and Resolution

We want every customer to have a great experience. If there’s ever an issue with a coupon, please speak with a manager on duty and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution. That said, all coupon-related disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of The Pizza Box management, and management’s decisions are final. By using a coupon, you agree that The Pizza Box, its owners, and its employees shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from coupon use, misuse, or non-acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Pizza Box may update these terms at any time. The most current version will be available in-store and on our website. Continued use of coupons after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
